At Xfinity Stores across the region, our retail leaders strive to provide the best in-person customer experience possible, which is why we’re excited to feature Shameia in this installment of ‘Faces of Beltway’!
A Baltimore native, Shameia brings more than 15 years of experience to her role as assistant manager at our Canton Xfinity Store, one of two retail locations in the city where customers can explore and learn about our products and services. She understands that every customer is unique, requiring a tailored approach to customer care. Her passion for technology includes Xfinity entertainment and connectivity offerings – especially Xfinity Mobile – and she is currently studying for a degree in cybersecurity. At work, Shameia is active with Comcast’s employee resource groups, Black Employee Network (BEN) and OUT@Comcast. At home, Shameia is a Baltimore Ravens fan and cat parent.
