Faces of Beltway: Meet Shameia, A Baltimore Xfinity Store Assistant Manager!

Our Beltway team works tirelessly to keep our customers connected and up to speed with the latest technology, from the fastest internet speeds, best coverage, and ultimate in-home control of Xfinity xFi, to the great wireless experience, for less money, on the most popular devices with Xfinity Mobile, and more. At Xfinity Stores across the region, our retail leaders strive to provide the best in-person customer experience possible, which is why we’re excited to feature Shameia in this installment of ‘Faces of Beltway’!

A Baltimore native, Shameia brings more than 15 years of experience to her role as assistant manager at our Canton Xfinity Store, one of two retail locations in the city where customers can explore and learn about our products and services. She understands that every customer is unique, requiring a tailored approach to customer care. Her passion for technology includes Xfinity entertainment and connectivity offerings – especially Xfinity Mobile – and she is currently studying for a degree in cybersecurity. At work, Shameia is active with Comcast’s employee resource groups, Black Employee Network (BEN) and OUT@Comcast. At home, Shameia is a Baltimore Ravens fan and cat parent.
