Comcast today announced the opening of a new Xfinity Store in Baltimore – located at 3814 Boston Street – giving customers in the city more convenient access to explore and learn about Xfinity products and services. The company currently has 14 convenient retail locations in Maryland, including two in Baltimore City, part of a network of 29 Xfinity Stores throughout Comcast’s Beltway Region, which includes Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and parts of Delaware, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
“The new Xfinity Store opening in Canton near the Shops at Canton Crossing will be a great addition to the community and the city,” said Don Fry, President and CEO of the Greater Baltimore Committee. “This location will have dedicated space for both local businesses and consumers to come and learn what technology, products and services are available to meet their needs now and into the future.”
The opening of Baltimore’s newest Xfinity Store is part of Comcast’s multi-year strategy to transform the customer experience. Xfinity retail stores range in size up to 4,000 square feet and are located in shopping destinations already familiar to local customers. In addition to receiving demonstrations of Xfinity products such as Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity Flex, customers can ask experts about their current services or devices, learn how Xfinity apps make it easy to manage their account, sign up for all Xfinity services, pay bills at kiosks, return or acquire equipment, and purchase accessories like mobile device cases and screen protectors.

The new Baltimore Xfinity Store is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. In-store appointments can be scheduled online at xfinity.com/stores. To keep employees and customers safe in the wake of COVID-19, all Xfinity retail stores are operating with increased safety measures including hand sanitizing stations, directional signage and clear barriers, increased store cleanings throughout the day, and requiring all employees to wear face coverings.
