Faces of Beltway: Meet Donika, A Residential Technician in Baltimore City

In honor of Women’s History Month, we are excited to spotlight an amazing Residential Technician, Donika, as our next Faces of Beltway team member.

Based in Baltimore City, Donika works tirelessly to keep our customers connected. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues or installing the hardware for some of our products and services (such as Xfinity xFi, Xfinity Flex or Xfinity Home), Donika is up for the task. She feels the most fulfilled in her role right after she has successfully helped a customer and believes there is no better feeling than being someone’s hero, even for a moment.

With more than five years of experience, Donika serves as an exceptional leader to peers and young professionals on her team, but her passion for mentorship doesn’t stop there. She is also an advocate for the youth in her community, ensuring they are living up to their fullest potential. Donika is also a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), serving as a member of all the employee resource groups at Comcast.

In her free time, Donika channels her alter ego “D-NYCE” as the host of a local podcast. She has also hosted parties around the country with hopes of spreading happiness through music.
