Meet Our Three New Executives in the Comcast Beltway Region!

We are excited to introduce you to the three new executives who have joined the Beltway Region Senior Leadership Team. Their combined experience and expertise leading Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience and Project Management, and Comcast Business will not only drive our business forward but also keep our customers, employees and communities connected to what matters most.

Jackie MayBeck
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute Comcast’s go-to-market strategies across all Beltway sales channels while driving a best-in-class customer and employee experience.

PASSION: Executive Sponsor of Beltway’s OUT employee resource group of LGBTQ employees and their allies that contributes to an inclusive culture supporting Comcast’s goal of attracting, developing, retaining and engaging diverse talent.

CREDENTIALS: MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. Held leadership positions at Cricket, Southwestern Bell Wireless, Sprint and Verizon Wireless. Led multiple teams at Comcast, including Retail and Xfinity Communities in California and Retail in Houston. Is known for building winning employee cultures that create best-in-class growth and operational performances.

HOBBIES: Sports enthusiast, avid traveler, foodie and animal advocate with two adopted rescue dogs.

 

Thaddeus Lee
Vice President, Customer Experience and Project Management

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee critical projects that help drive growth, engagement and improve the Comcast customer and employee experience.

PASSION: Developing leaders and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion. Made significant contributions to the Comcast RISE initiative to provide Black, Indigenous and People of Color-owned small businesses hard hit by the pandemic with technology makeovers, media and creative production services.

CREDENTIALS: MBA from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Christian Life College. Introduced Tiger Teams – consisting of leaders selected from a competitive field in a first-ever fantasy draft – in Comcast’s Keystone Region to engage and inspire employees with innovative ways to drive the business. Drove significant year-over-year improvements in Comcast’s Keystone Region net promoter scores, motivation and other metrics.

HOBBIES: New Orleans native and one of seven children. Enjoys grilling, fishing, watching movies and cheering for the New Orleans Saints football team.

 

Dan Carr
Vice President, Comcast Business

RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute Comcast’s go-to-market strategies for the Comcast Business sales channel in Beltway while driving a best-in-class customer and employee experience.

PASSION: Passionate about customer service and service excellence by listening and responding to the voice of the customer and driving improvements through programs such as the Net Promoter System (NPS).

CREDENTIALS: MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Widener University. Served as the interim lead for Comcast Business in Beltway since June and drove continued success on key 2020 initiatives such as Small and Midsize Business Maximization, Evolution 2020 and net promoter score action planning. While serving in his interim capacity in Beltway, also served as Vice President, Sales Operations & Support for Comcast Business Services since 2009 with national responsibility for sales operations and support, and the development of a high-performing field sales organization. Held various sales and technical leadership positions at Level 3 Communications, Broadwing Communications and MCI Communications (now Verizon Communications).

HOBBIES: Enjoys spending time with family at the beach, along with boating, fishing and golfing.
