The new more than 3,500 square-foot store features a comfortable seating area and informational, interactive displays where customers can learn more about Comcast’s products and services, including the X1 Entertainment Operating System, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Home automation and security offerings and Comcast’s suite of mobile apps. In addition, customers visiting the store can upgrade or swap equipment, ask questions about their Xfinity service, troubleshoot equipment or pay a bill at an in-store kiosk. Customers will receive personalized service from trained and knowledgeable sales consultants and have access to more time-saving offerings, including a new queuing system that allows customers to explore and be entertained while waiting for service. The store also has a dedicated space for Comcast Business customers and prospects to come in and discuss their business technology needs with an expert.

The Gaithersburg Xfinity Store is located at 31 Grand Corner Avenue, Suite 31, and is open seven days a week — Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

A special customer grand opening event will be held Saturday, October 19, from 1-3 p.m. and all are invited. There will be games, prizes and more! Store team members will be on hand to give guided tours and answer any questions.
