Chris and Katie Cole, owners of Great Escapes Harford, an escape room with themed games and puzzles located in Bel Air, Maryland, are no strangers to surprising and delighting their guests. But recently, the tables were turned when members of the Beltway Region Comcast Business team stopped by to surprise them.
Chris and Katie’s surprise first started when they entered — and ultimately won — Comcast Business’ 2019 Fast Start Sweepstakes, a program during which Comcast gave away $10,000 to 31 lucky winners across the country to use toward jump starting their business.
After having the pleasure of meeting with Chris and Katie to learn more about their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing guests an unforgettable experience, the Beltway Comcast Business team was inspired to provide additional services to enhance their business and marketing efforts. To do that, Comcast provided the Coles with tablets, a laptop, a photo booth stand and social media filters.

The Coles opened Great Escapes Harford in 2016 to provide the community with a fun, team-building venue for companies, families and friends alike. Their business consistently attracts repeat customers through word of mouth, social media and online press releases. Comcast helps ensure they have a reliable Internet and phone service that allows them to properly promote new announcements, keep their sales systems running smoothly and never miss a potential booking or customer inquiry.
