Comcast celebrated the grand opening of the new Annapolis Xfinity Store with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony with Steuart Pittman, County Executive, Anne Arundel County; Mark Kleinschmidt, CEO, Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce; Comcast executives and additional local officials. Lisa Lindsay-Mondoro, Chief Executive Officer from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County was also on site to receive a monetary donation from Comcast.
The new more than 4,000 square-foot store features a comfortable seating area and informational, interactive displays where customers can learn more about Comcast’s products and services, including the X1 Entertainment Operating System, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Home automation and security offerings and Comcast’s suite of mobile apps. The store also has a dedicated space for Comcast Business customers and prospects to come in and discuss their business technology needs with an expert.
Customers can also visit the store to upgrade or swap equipment, ask questions about their Xfinity service, troubleshoot equipment or pay a bill at an in-store kiosk. Additionally, customers will receive personalized service from trained and knowledgeable Sales Consultants and more time-saving offerings, including a new queuing system that allows customers to explore and be entertained while waiting for service.
The Annapolis Xfinity Store is located at 2077 Somerville Road and is open seven days a week — Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Customers are also invited to join Comcast for its customer grand opening event Saturday, March 9 from 12-3 p.m. for on-site games, prizes and more! Store team members will also be available for guided tours and to answer questions.
Hope to see you there!
