Calvin has been with Comcast for nine years, always in a role serving our customers, and is currently an Experience Manager in one of the Region’s most prominent locations, our Xfinity Store in D.C.’s Chinatown neighborhood.
For Calvin, the experience he and his Xfinity Store team provide is by far his favorite thing about the role. According to him, “As an Xfinity product enthusiast and tech geek, my team and I have a great platform to demonstrate and share the best things about Xfinity. From the interactive passion bays and displays, to the custom Virtual Reality (VR) stations, our customers get a one-of-a-kind experience the minute they walk into the store.”
All of our Xfinity Stores are part of Comcast’s company-wide focus to transform the customer experience, to exceed customers’ expectations at every touchpoint. The stores are a place where visitors can explore, learn about and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services, including X1, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Home and Comcast’s suite of mobile applications.
As Calvin says, “To me, customer experience is making your customer feel valued. Creating a relationship and delivering an excellent experience from beginning to end. Having quality conversations that build rapport and light up someone’s day is the real win…always.”
