Comcast Cable today announced that Juan Dominguez has been appointed Vice President of Comcast Business for the company’s Beltway Region, which includes Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and parts of Delaware and West Virginia and North Carolina. In this role, Dominguez is responsible for providing direction and oversight for local Comcast Business operations, marketing, sales and customer experience initiatives for both existing customers and new business opportunities across the Region.
“On behalf of the Beltway Region, I am thrilled to welcome Juan to our team,” said Mary McLaughlin, Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Beltway Region. “Juan brings great knowledge from other positions within Comcast, and I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to grow the Comcast Business footprint throughout our Region.”
Juan joined Comcast in 2013 as Director of Sales Operations for Comcast Corporate in Philadelphia, PA, where he was responsible for leading the residential sales strategy and sales programs for Xfinity Home. A year later, Juan transitioned into Comcast Business as Director of Small-to-Medium (SMB) Outside Sales, where he led strategic sales initiatives and developed sales coaching programs for the company. He then took his skills to the field, where he most recently served as Vice President of Market Development and SMB Sales for Comcast Business in the company’s Central Division, based in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Comcast, Juan served as District General Manager for SimplexGrinnell in Philadelphia, PA.

Juan served as a combat infantry veteran with the United States Army and has a bachelor’s degree in National Security/Public Affairs from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and a master’s degree in Management from Troy University in Alabama.
