A Day in the Life: Comcast Construction Coordinators in Washington, D.C.
At Comcast, we bring together diverse and passionate people to help re-imagine industries, invent new technologies and work together with teammates to create extraordinary experiences for our customers.
For construction coordinators at Comcast, this includes working on the ground at new build properties to bring Comcast products and services to residents, leading onsite meetings with design and development personnel, overseeing teams to drive the execution of overhead and underground construction duties and more.
To hear firsthand about what a day on the job can be like, as well as a little about what drives our team members at work and in life, meet Donna and Ernest – two construction coordinators in the Washington, D.C. area of Comcast’s Beltway Region.
For Donna, flexibility is key, “I’m answering emails, phone calls, and then head out to the field for onsite meetings. It’s flexible, I’m pretty much in control of my own role.”
As Ernest says, there’s a sense of satisfaction that comes with delivering innovative services such as Comcast’s WiFi ready solution, “My favorite part of the job is when I can go out into the field and see that the job is completed, and that it’s completed properly. It gives me a sense of pride to know I had a part in that and knowing that the customers will be satisfied with Comcast.”
We are always looking for great teammates to join us. Visit ComcastCareers.com to learn more and find opportunities to create the future with us.
