We are excited to welcome two new executives to our Beltway Region Senior Leadership Team who will help keep our customers, employees and communities connected to what matters most:
- Dee Adeyemo – Vice President, Finance
- Martel Neville – Vice President, Human Resources
Dee Adeyemo – Vice President, Finance
RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading all financial and accounting functions while helping to drive a great customer and employee experience.
PASSIONS: Supporting the career advancement of women through her involvement with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT); championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and bridging the education gap for marginalized students as a board member for Horizons National.
CREDENTIALS: MBA and bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, with more than 20 years of financial management leadership. Prior to this position, Dee was the Vice President of Accounting Operations for Comcast Business and previously served as the Controller for Spectrum Arena and the Regional Finance Manager for Global Spectrum. Dee is known for driving process efficiencies and is a member of WICT, where she is currently completing the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
HOBBIES: Philadelphia sports enthusiast and enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Martel Neville – Vice President, Human Resources
RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivering strong results by aligning human resource management to support key business initiatives and setting the strategic direction for employee engagement, leadership development, and DE&I for the region.
PASSION: As a life-long learner, Martel is passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential through purpose and impact. He also has a strong interest in serving his communities, developing leaders, and creating new experiences.
CREDENTIALS: Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Science in Leadership Development, a Master of Business Administration in Compliance, and a Master of Jurisprudence in Corporate & Business Law. He previously served as Director of the International Total Rewards Center of Excellence for Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. Prior to Comcast, Martel held a variety of HR leadership roles for brands including Delta Airlines and Estee Lauder – gaining expertise in HR disciplines spanning Executive Compensation, HR Operations, Human Capital Management, Labor Relations, and US Benefits Management, to name a few.
HOBBIES: Traveling (has already visited 23 states and 47 countries), the arts, cooking, reading, and spending time with his family.
